How I Celebrated
There could have been more today, but I had no capability to even force a smile or spark of life in my expression when I got home. You will have to be content with a thin mint girl scout cookie. Today was not much of a celebration.

History
PunchbowlI did not know there was a chocolate mint herb. I gotta grow me some of that. It is no wonder that choco mint ice cream is one of my top top tops. I also had grasshoppers before girl scout cookies. My favorite hot chocolate for a long time was the Stephen's hot cocoa.
Merchandise
Chocolate mint is a pretty common combo for clothing I feel like. That was basically my cousin's color scheme for her wedding.Follow Molly's board February 19 Merch on Pinterest.
Restaurants
- You can probably find chocolate mint at any ice cream shop or grocery store. Too bad this isnt in march because I think that is when all the mint shakes are out for St. Patty's day.
- If you are one of those classic Utah couples getting engaged at temple square, you are probably also going to eat at The Roof restaurant. There are way too many people on my newsfeed taking pictures here haha. It is okay, just know you are a bad friend for not taking me. But there is some kind of mint chocolate cake that is all the rage on the internet recipe boards (I mean, one site I found).
