How I Celebrated

Fresh is always better but winter is just not the time for fresh fruit. Jam is still really delicious and on some hot toast makes it a great winter comfort food. BTW we looked it up and it is AYpricot not APPricot so BOOM. :P Happy National Apricot Day!

• The Apricot Tree Restaurant in Firebaugh CA is the first thing that comes up but it looks like it is closed
• Looks like there is an Apricot bar and grill in CT
• And another Apricots restaurant and pub in CT
