How I Celebrated

I love zucchini bread. Nate made a huge pan full and it is super moist. He was afraid it wasn't cooked all the way but it just has extra zucchini. I hope that gives me a bit more nutrition than usual :P

Punchbowl says zucchini bread is delicious, but most of the ways I have had it, it is very sweet and probably baked out most of its nutrients. I must say, bread is my favorite way to eat vegetables.
