April 11

How I Celebrated

Well, I did have some dried out aging cheese to experiment with/ finish in my fondue. It was mozzarella. I melted it down with some butter and coconut oil and bit of milk.  It was a guess. It melted and it tasted fine, I dunno, I wasn't too excited for it, sorry! Nate brought me pizza last night so I was pretty cheesed out!

History

Punchbowl
The start of nachos? It is so fancy these days but it used to be a peasant meal because they used stale cheese or leftovers to dip in it. It is like a casserole that you eat piece by piece.

Merchandise

Once again I get to look at all the cute fondue pots (called caquelon according to punchbowl)
