How I Celebrated

You gotta know I love my cereal. That is why Sesame Street knew how to appeal to kids like me.



I chose frosted flakes because lately, that is what I have been in the mood for. Kind of a nostalgia. Usually I am all about captain crunch. Sorry there was no crown roast of pork. I really do not need to be cooking all day and only have pork to eat the rest of the week!

Diet Helpers 

• Sugar Free

  There are times where pork is maybe honey glazed, but you can probably guess a crown roast is not going to have sugar. There are also plenty of sugar free cereals out there, hot cereals are for sure.

• Gluten Free

  RICE AND CORN CHEX! I know because I love them and it always says so on the box. I'm sure there are plenty of others for cereal. You are good to go with the pork as well (careful with stuffing)

• Vegetarian

  Cereal, yes. Pork ribs, no.

History

Punchbowl
Cereal probably sustained my life. I'm pretty sure that is the bulk of what my home meals were in high school. That explains my high sugar tolerance and inability to lose weight despite all the running around I did. Imagine that in the 1860s cereal was a healthier alternative for breakfast.

Merchandise

How boss would it be to have a cereal spoon just for that. Engraved with the words "cereal killer". Yeah. It has been on my wishlist of unnecessary and excessive things forever.

Restaurants

• You can buy a crown roast here. I'm just going to go out on a limb and say you probably are not going to find a whole crown on a restaurant menu.
• And just when you thought that you couldn't pay any more for name brand cereal, you can go to a cereal bar and take it up a notch!
• At least Mix n' Munch serves grilled cheese along side their cereal mixtures
