How I Celebrated

Since it was waffle day and lobster newburg day, we put them together for a savory kind of waffle topping. Fishy waffles, I guess. They were okay. We didn't have lobster by the way, but it is real crab meat this time. Very shredded real crab meat.

  Lobster newburg looks like it gets creamy from the heavy cream so try that route. Here are some vegan and gluten free waffles

History

Waffles are pretty popular on the streets in Hong Kong from what I can remember, but all I am thinking about right now is 和風 Wafū because I am learning (kind of) Japanese haha.
