How I Celebrated

Nate made some good stuff! So Lemon cake mix with some yogurt, pudding mix, lemon juice, whipped eggs with an extra yolk and butter. These are some of the things that makes it special. Think about if he would have used lemon yogurt and lemon pudding mix!! Plus his glaze had lemon zest. Super fresh and moist! And fresh blackberries? He knows just how to steal my heart haha

 Though cake mixes are convenient, not only does it take us away from learning a lot in the kitchen, but how are we going to get crazy inventive and make our own kitchen discoveries if we are always buying conveniently pre made stuff? Crazy that it is there to help us save time, and there is suddenly no time for us to make the real thing!
