How I Celebrated
Bosch pears, light whipped topping, and Nutella. What a great dish. Would recommend, would eat again. Also honey roasted peanuts. Probably could have put it all together if I wanted, but I didn't.
Diet Helpers
Sugar Free
Make sure you have a chocolate sauce and ice cream that is sugar free. Poached pears need no extra sugar.Gluten Free
Again, check the sauce and the ice cream. The pear is going to be fine.

I don't think pears get enough love. I love green! I love pears! Surely, I'm not alone. Market of opportunity?Follow Molly's board March 15 Merch on Pinterest.
Restaurants
- Fleurie in VA has pears Helene on the menu (though I can't see it, it was on instagram)
- Not many restaurants outside of France are popping up. Perhaps it is because of the many ways they can title the dessert.
- Head down to the Peanut Bar in PA
