How I Celebrated

Well schnitzel is like breading so technically a corn dog is wiener schnitzel.  Not exactly the traditional dish, but you have to wonder why the fast food joint got the name, and why wouldn't you just go for fast food when it is cheaper than a plate at a restaurant.

History

 Wiener schnitzel is basically a chicken fried steak and steak au poivre is a peppered steak. Both sound absolutely delicious. Question is, where can I get both?
