September 15

How I Celebrated



This is what salad needs to taste like. All the bad things heaped into one- quick meal preservatives, carbs, meat, dairy, salt. Here is where creativity came into play though because I still sort of made some health-ier choices hehe. First of all, I didn't eat linguine AND a double cheeseburger. I used the sauce from the cheeseburger macaroni hamburger helper with some linguine and had ground chicken instead of ground beef. Also, skim milk so you know I'm supafly. Maybe next time I will try hemp coconut milk lol!!!!!!!!

Diet Helpers 

  • Vegetarian

    Make sure not to add meat to your linguine and have a veggie burger!

 Linguine is the almost fettuccine.
Double cheeseburgers are almost a must these days at fast food places. A single patty now is so small I feel like I am eating a meat crepe.
