How I Celebrated

Nate made a pretty good raspberry tart. All tarts will probably never come close to the ones I had at our tea party in college, but these were easy and tasty. Frozen raspberries and a sour cream concoction over a croissant crust that was baked in a muffin tin. My only complaint is that the frozen raspberries hurt my sensitive teeth.

History

 Punchbowl
I suppose that I have known what tarts are from books, but the first time I noticed them was at Carlucci's in Utah. They are so beautiful. I never ate one, but I did have tarts at a tea party in college.
here is a website.
