How I Celebrated

Welcome to August everyone! The time seems to be moving faster than I can and I'm not as ahead as I used to be.  Today, I think I was expecting something more like raspberry cheesecake, but it ended up being more tart and not so creamy. The crumble was kind of a lot and Nate decided to substitute the walnuts with peanuts so it kinda tasted like a PB&J. I'm selling it a bit short, it wasn't bad, just not at all what I was expecting.
