How I Celebrated
Man this was more a mental feat than a tasting problem. Nate thought I would have a hard time with the texture, but it really was that I knew that the liver is the body's filter so, I'm basically eating stuff a chicken's liver filtered out. Disgust! It smelled really good while Nate was cooking it, but I really couldn't eat more than one bite. I didn't spit it out though! Oh and it made a huge mess reheating in the microwave and I think that made it super dry.

History
I have to say, I am afraid to taste liver, it just sounds gross, it is always prepared with onions, and I heard it isn't very good for you either.Merchandise
