How I Celebrated

I didn't have plans this morning for a pastry and Nate and I argued if the filo dough could thaw in time to make them today because it should be thawed over night. I decided to do it anyways and took it out of the fridge for intervals while I did laundry. It worked. Cream cheese and Apricot jam flaky pastry!
