July 3

How I Celebrated

I know that a few different things count as wafers, but I got the kind of cookies that I consider to be wafers. They were pretty tasty and rich. I really like how crispy they are. For beans, I opened a can of black beans and cooked it up with some leftovers since I have to get the fridge cleared for all the fourth of July food that is going on.

History

Punchbowl
What do you mean wafers are an ingredient in Oreos? That doesn't make any sense. They are their own kind of cookie.I mean I guess if that is what you are calling the outter cookie, but that is nothing like the wafer cookies I imagine. Not delicate and flaky enough. Not layered enough.
