How I Celebrated

In China, I had a lot of things that were made with or flavored like corn so though I had never had a corn fritter, the idea did not sound too weird. The recipe we tried actually tasted exactly like a pancake with corn in it. If that does not sound weird to you, than you probably would like them too.
