How I Celebrated

Nate got fresh cherries just in time, but he could have just put them on top. He cooked the cherries with the cream cheese filling, so it was more of a cherry cream pie/ cheesecake, but you know, still super delicious. Still pretty tart. I miss the tarts I had at my college tea party those years ago. My friend is a pretty good baker. Also, Nate went fancy with some grilled cheese. What makes it apply to cheesmaker's day is that I have been to the Tillamook factory where they make the cheese and we bought some Tillamook sharp cheddar. Nate made the sandwiches extra fancy with monterey jack, and asiago.

History

Punchbowl
I can't remember the last time I spread a blanket on the grass for a picnic. It was the kids table at summer gatherings at my grandma's, but at home, my mom hated us to take blankets outside. Should have got  a designated picnic blanket!

Merchandise

I Love that picnic plaid, very summer like pattern even though it is like fall flannel.
